   The first stage in being your custom home builder would be to meet with you so we can get a better understanding of what the vision is for your new custom home and where it is to be built. If you do not have an existing area to build on your own lot, we can direct you to some lots to see if it suits your needs. Once that has been figured out, we will direct you to an architect or other design firm to assist you in the Design Phase.

 

   Upon completion of plans for your custom home, we can begin to decide on details that are desired to be in the home. This will consist of several meetings and negotiations as to what will/will not work for you. Price is very important to consider, and that will be the up most front thing we consider when bidding your home. After you agree to our Final Estimate and a Construction Contract has been written up and signed, we can begin the Construction Phase of your project.

   When we're ready to start construction on your job we will assign a knowledgeable Project Manager that will keep your job running smoothly. He will also keep you informed throughout the process with excellent communication as to what will be going on and when it's expected to be completed. Both you and your project manager will meet weekly to address any concerns that may arise and make sure things are going per plan. Once all of our excellent subcontractors have done the best work possible completing the job, we will have a final walk-through before closing on your home and handing over the keys.
